9.15-11AM Journalling with Sasha

Sasha will open the day with a nourishing journalling session to help us get in the right headspace for recognising and noticing the big and small ways we can invite pleasure and joy to be with us. Spend the first 15 minutes arriving, enjoying your cuppa and settling in before we start at 9.30.

12.30-2.30PM with Lucille

Connection to nature is a big part of enjoying the simple pleasures and finding inner joy. So we will send you a pre-recorded guided meditation which we'd love for you to take with you to the outdoors for a fresh air break. Even if you can't get outside, we want to encourage you to find a time to sit by an open window or doorstep and join in.

After that, Lucille will be online 1.30-2.30PM to unpack the meditation and the feelings that came with it as well as offer an optional movements practice before you get back into your own groove for the afternoon.

8-10PM with Mel and Michelle

To finish off the Retreat, we'll be spending some time checking in together. Myself and Michelle will facilitate some co-regulation work as we spend time in smaller groups, talking through what we've discovered over the Retreat.
